Completion and submission of the three forms in this package is required to obtain a user identification (USERID) and a personal identification number (PIN) to access the South Carolina Retirement Systems' Electronic Employer Services (EES) program. Please read the instructions for each form before completing and returning this package to the Retirement Systems.

Electronic Employer Services (EES) Employer Confidentiality Agreement (Form 6503)

Electronic Employer Services (EES) Employer Confidentiality Agreement (Form 6503) is completed only once, and upon approval, will remain in force unless your agency or the SC Retirement Systems terminates the agreement.   Please make sure that someone who has the authority to sign contracts for your organization signs Form 6503 of this package. The director of the Retirement Systems will also sign Form 6503 of this package and the contract will remain on file at the Retirement Systems.

Please submit all completed documents together to avoid any unnecessary delay in the processing of your request.  The Electronic Employer Services (EES) Employer Confidentiality Agreement (Form 6503) is the contract between the Retirement Systems and the employer seeking access to the Retirement Systems' EES program.
